Many of us always seem to be singing the "more money blues". Have you or others said, "If I just had more money, I would have peace in my life"? In this week's message, we will look at a road map to peace as it pertains to our finances. There is good news in this area no matter where you may find yourself financially today.
There is an addiction that many people struggle with that is rarely talked about. It is addiction to the approval of others. It's good to want to bless people but that can be taken to a very unhealthy place where what others think of us trumps everything else. Let's examine this in week two of our series and get some peace and freedom from this pressure that God never intended for us. "The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe." Proverbs 29:25
Among sharp shooters, there is a motto that says if you want to hit the bullseye, the key is to aim small - zero in on the target. In this week's Father's Day message, we will take the same approach to fathering our children. Are we taking a random approach to raising our children or have we determined what the bullseye is and are adjusting our sights accordingly?
