In chapter 4 of the Book of Acts, we begin to see the persecution of the Christian church. At the same time, the church was growing and prospering right in the midst of it. Where do we find the courage to be bold about our faith even if it could mean persecution of various kinds?
In Acts chapter 3 we meet a beggar at the gate to the temple. He was doing his normal routine, when all of a sudden, his routine was divinely interrupted by a life changing God moment. God is still in the business of divine interruptions. “But Peter said, 'I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!'" Acts 3:6
