Sermons

Here at HOPE we recognize the importance of hearing the preaching of the Word. It is the revelation and application of the Word of God in our lives that transforms us and renews our minds. That is why we have made it a priority to make each week's messages available on line. Please take advantage of this powerful tool to catch up on missed weeks, or to share with someone who needs the encouragement, or to just hear the message again for yourself!!

"Heroes of Faith" series: Jabez - The man behind the prayer

8/30/2015

You've probably heard about the prayer of Jabez which is found in 1 Chronicles 4 but have you considered the man behind the prayer. Pastor Paul unpacks some hidden attributes within the prayer that reveal the character of Jabez and shows us how we can develop those same characteristics in our own lives.

Becoming all things to all men

8/23/2015

The Apostle Paul stressed how important it was to be able to relate and connect with all different types of people. Listen as Pastor Paul gives us some more tools for our tool box to be able to relate to those we may come in contact with throughout our days.

Baptism Service

8/16/2015

Have you ever been through a season of life that was tragic and unexpected? It's in those times when our faith is tested the most. Listen as three members of our congregation share how the Lord is seeing them through some very difficult and challenging times in their lives.

"Heroes of Faith" series - Rahab the Harlot: I'm ready for change

8/9/2015

Rehab took advantage of her "opportunity of a lifetime" when God used her in a big way in Israel's victory over Jericho. Regardless of her past God honored her and she became part of the bloodline of Jesus himself! Listen as Pastor Paul shows how we are not much different from Rahab in that we all have the same opportunity to give our lives to Jesus and experience the change that we all are in need of.

Foundations of the heart

8/2/2015

When Israel's foundations were shaken the Lord gave them a word to remind them that He was their true foundation. Michael Doom shares on how this day in which we live isn't so different from those times. Many challenges to our faith have been issued in these days in our nation as well as us personally.  It is a time in which we need to recall our true foundation.
